Steve at Doke’s gave thorough explanations of all possible options for our older heater/AC setup. All the specific factors, down to the ductwork connections, were laid out openly and objectively for us to consider for a combo system installed at different times that was already years past its expected lifespan. The initial visit became a wait-and-see approach (we did speak with and research two other local companies during that initial consultation). When the heater/main fan unit finally reached end of life 6 months later, we just called Doke’s to go over all the options again. We discussed the pros and cons with Steve, who let us decide what was right with all available information. Don’t hold back on questions. We decided to replace the heater/fan unit with some economic filter additions and keep the existing AC components, which needed deep cleaning. Two days later it was done, and done well. We’ll call them again when the AC needs updating.

Doke’s Plumbing is a five-star organization. What I was looking for was to save as much money as possible and have experts install a new heat pump whole house heat and AC system. That’s just what I got, from Wendy at the front office to the excellent installers, Evan and Jose. Evan provided me a detailed quote with options so that I could make decisions on the work I needed to fit my budget. When the installation started, Evan was communicative at every step, just plain nice to be around, and he and Jose are very skilled at their job. They kept the job site clean during the two days of installation, and took me through each step, and then at the end made sure I was completely satisfied with the job before they left.

Great experience all around with Doke’s Plumbing. I had an emergency water leak situation, and they were able to send Forrester out within a few hours. He quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair right on the spot. Forrester was super knowledgeable about how to take care of the issue, and the price was fair. Would highly recommend Forrester and the Doke’s team. I’ll be using them again for any plumbing needs.

These guys go to the top of my list if I need any plumbing work done in the future. I can't speak to the heating and cooling aspect of their operation, but their plumbing work is outstanding. I needed to figure out if my toilet was the problem, or if I'd need the drain to be snaked, or pipe repair was going to be required. Forrester from Doke's assessed the problem and installed a new toilet, which works beautifully. Forrester was easily the most interesting and helpful plumber I've ever run across. I can't recommend them highly enough.

This company is such a good find! They are prompt, easily available, friendly, willing to come back to adjust quickly if needed, and all around the only plumber we will now call. Forrester helped us get an old gas line up and running for a new grill. He had to come back to adjust the line after our first use and came immediately the next day and spent extra time ensuring everything worked. And he's so friendly.
