Doke Kim himself picked up the phone at 9PM and was able to get our building covered during the emergency. I would recommend the service due to the great customer service I received when my building was in need.

Called Doke's and got ahold of Steven, who managed to get me in their schedule day-of and sent Enrico to my house in under two hours. Enrico was super professional and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation and went about solving each problem efficiently. By 5pm, the house's plumbing was up to full working order and I couldn't be more relieved. Love them!! Doke's did our HVAC system and rough plumbing for our remodel a few years ago and we've worked with them ever since. Just had a plumbing issue and they sent a guy out 20 minutes later and in the evening. It was amazing. Enrique was awesome! Fixed the problem and was such a nice, honest guy. I had gotten a quote from another plumber and it was WAY more expensive and they wanted to do way more than what was necessary. Doke's is honest, pricing is competitive, and people are always nice to work with.
