I called Doke's Plumbing to help me identify and fix a mystery leak that was costing me hundreds of extra dollars in water bills a month. They showed up and quickly found the problem in my irrigation system, one that both the irrigation company and another plumbing company had missed! Then they helped me identify and triage the issue. Compared to the other company I'd had out the day prior, who charged hundreds in 'diagnostic fees' only to not fix the issue, this was a refreshing reminder of what this kind of customer service can look like. I'd recommend Doke's Plumbing to anyone looking for prompt and professional help with leaks or plumbing issues. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough.

We had what we thought/hoped was a simple backed-up kitchen sink. We called Doke's, and as luck would have it we ended up with the big guy himself, and his amazing sidekick Jose. Doke is what I would describe as a plumbing geek. Gleefully flipping through photos of our crawl space and existing pipes, and smiling ear to ear at the sound of water swooshing through a cleared drain! He knows code. He explains things clearly. He worked respectfully with Jose and as a team they were careful at every turn. We ended up having some unexpected work done, and took Doke's advice on a few maintenance items that we'll thank ourselves for in the future. We feel like we now have the right company to call for all things plumbing!

We had the best experience with Doke’s Plumbing. In a time where customer service seems to be forgotten, it was a very refreshing and positive experience. The sales rep was very thorough, thoughtful, and communicated very clearly how the process would go. When I called them up, I actually thought I needed a new water heater, but my sales rep explained to me what was going on and that I didn’t need a new one. That may have been the first time that’s ever happened to us. Anyway, he spent the day at my house fixing all the other repairs and making sure the new fixtures were acceptable for me and my wife. It was great to have an experience where it was an old school, hard-working, customer service-oriented sales representative/plumber. We highly recommend Doke’s Plumbing!

The cold water valve to my washer started leaking. At first, it looked like the water was coming from the top of the waterline feeding the washer. But it turned out to be coming out of the top of the valve at the handle. I tried turning it off, but that didn't stop the water from leaking. I called Doke's Plumbing. They did a quick diagnostic over the phone and had me send a few photos by text. They knew exactly what the problem was and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, replaced the valve, and had my water turned back on in no time. The bill was reasonable. They took care of my problem quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable price. Can't ask for more.

These guys go to the top of my list if I need any plumbing work done in the future. I can't speak to the heating and cooling aspect of their operation, but their plumbing work is outstanding. I needed to figure out if my toilet was the problem, or if I'd need the drain to be snaked, or pipe repair was going to be required. After living without a working master bathroom sink for months and giving up on disconnecting the drain and faucet myself, I contacted Doke’s Plumbing Inc. and was pleased to find that they could schedule one of their team to come out the same morning. They advised me via text of his arrival time. Forrester Holley was dispatched to our home and quickly reviewed my situation, returned to his truck to bring up his tools, and got to work. I found him to be professional, efficient, and friendly. He was able to remove the faucet and drain I had so much trouble with and install the new faucet assembly which I had purchased beforehand. He advised that the shut-off valves were corroded and needed replacement and brought up new supply lines to replace the old ones which were missing. I am very pleased with his work and to finally have the sink back in operation. I would not hesitate calling on Doke’s and specifically on Forrester for any future plumbing needs.

We experienced several above-ground gas leaks and one underground gas leak last month, along with a water leak near our main line. The plumbers were able to complete all necessary repairs and get us fully back up and running. From dispatch to the technicians to the owner, the entire team is amazing. Alejandro was the on-site technician for our gas leak repairs every step of the way—extremely knowledgeable and now very familiar with our property, which allows him to respond quickly whenever we need support. Forrester repaired our water leak efficiently and kept the water shutoff time to a minimum. The team provided daily updates, clear repair plans, and expert advice, and Doke himself even coordinated directly with the gas detection company to locate the underground gas leak. I can’t thank them enough for their help throughout this process. They are absolutely our go-to plumbers.

They told me that they had a special that would include servicing the water heater and then check all the plumbing in the home to see if everything was working correctly for $79.95.
