We had the best experience with Doke’s Plumbing. In a time where customer service seems to be forgotten, it was a very refreshing and positive experience. The sales rep was very thorough, thoughtful, and communicated very clearly how the process would go. When I called them up, I actually thought I needed a new water heater, but my sales rep explained to me what was going on and that I didn’t need a new one. That may have been the first time that’s ever happened to us. Anyway, he spent the day at my house fixing all the other repairs and making sure the new fixtures were acceptable for me and my wife. It was great to have an experience where it was an old school, hard-working, customer service-oriented sales representative/plumber. We highly recommend Doke’s Plumbing!

Problem Fixed Quickly and Efficiently
The cold water valve to my washer started leaking. At first, it looked like the water was coming from the top of the waterline feeding the washer. But it turned out to be coming out of the top of the valve at the handle. I tried turning it off, but that didn't stop the water from leaking.
I called Doke's Plumbing. They did a quick diagnostic over the phone and had me send a few photos by text. They knew exactly what the problem was and scheduled an appointment for the next day.
The technician arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, replaced the valve, and had my water turned back on in no time. The bill was reasonable. They took care of my problem quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable price. Can't ask for more.
