The downstairs shower was filling up with sewage from the main, and Andrew was able to come out, diagnose and resolve the issue, and was kind and respectful the entire time. We had the best experience with Doke’s Plumbing. In a time where customer service seems to be forgotten, it was a very refreshing and positive experience. The sales rep was very thorough, thoughtful, and communicated very clearly how the process would go. When I called them up, I actually thought I needed a new water heater, but my sales rep explained to me what was going on and that I didn’t need a new one. That may have been the first time that’s ever happened to us. Anyway, he spent the day at my house fixing all the other repairs and making sure the new fixtures were acceptable for me and my wife. It was great to have an experience where it was an old school, hard-working, customer service-oriented sales representative/plumber. We highly recommend Doke’s Plumbing!
