I called Doke's Plumbing to help me identify and fix a mystery leak that was costing me hundreds of extra dollars in water bills a month. They showed up and quickly found the problem in my irrigation system, one that both the irrigation company and another plumbing company had missed! Then they helped me identify and triage the issue. Compared to the other company I'd had out the day prior, who charged hundreds in 'diagnostic fees' only to not fix the issue, this was a refreshing reminder of what this kind of customer service can look like. Doke is what I would describe as a plumbing geek. He worked respectfully with Jose and as a team they were careful at every turn.
